This guide walks you through solutions to the most common issues users encounter on Podium Markets. Work through the steps for your issue and, if the problem persists, the note at the bottom of this page tells you exactly how to reach our support team.

Login & Account Issues

If you’re unable to access your account, try the following steps in order:
1

Double-check your credentials

Make sure you’re using the email address and password you registered with. Passwords are case-sensitive — confirm Caps Lock is off.
2

Reset your password

If you’re unsure of your password, click Forgot password? on the login page. You’ll receive a reset link by email within a few minutes.
3

Try a different browser or incognito mode

A cached session or browser extension can sometimes block the login flow. Open an incognito window and try logging in at app.podiummarkets.ai/login.
4

Contact support

If none of the above works, email [email protected] with your account email and a brief description of what you see when you attempt to log in.
Verification emails are sent immediately after registration, but delivery can occasionally be delayed.
1

Check your spam or junk folder

Search your inbox for emails from podiummarkets.ai. If you find it in spam, mark it as safe so future emails land in your inbox.
2

Wait a few minutes

Email delivery can take up to five minutes during high-traffic periods. If you haven’t received anything after five minutes, move to the next step.
3

Resend the verification email

Return to app.podiummarkets.ai and click Resend verification email on the confirmation screen.
4

Contact support

If you still haven’t received the email after resending, contact us at [email protected]. Include the email address you registered with and we’ll verify your account manually.

Brokerage Connection Issues

A failed connection is usually caused by incorrect credentials, an unsupported broker, or a temporary issue on the broker’s end.
1

Confirm your broker is supported

Check the Supported Brokerages page to verify your broker is currently available. If it isn’t listed, you can submit a request to add it.
2

Re-authenticate

Go to Profile → Accounts, remove the failed connection, and try adding it again. Use the same credentials you use to log in to your broker’s own website or app.
3

Check your broker's status

Visit your brokerage’s status page or support site to confirm there are no outages or maintenance windows affecting their login systems.
4

Try again later

If the broker is experiencing issues on their end, wait 15–30 minutes and attempt the connection again.
Never share your brokerage credentials with anyone, including Podium support staff. We will never ask for your username or password.
If your portfolio data isn’t updating, follow these steps:
1

Check your connection status

Go to **Profile → Accounts or Calibrations **and look at the status badge next to your connected account. If it shows Expired or Disconnected, your authorization token has lapsed.
2

Re-authorize the connection

If the connection is expired, click Reconnect next to the affected brokerage and complete the authentication flow again. This refreshes the token and restores syncing.
3

Check for brokerage outages

Syncing depends on your broker’s API being available. If their systems are down, syncing will resume automatically once service is restored.
Podium Markets syncs your portfolio data at regular intervals, but there is a natural lag between when a trade executes and when it appears in the platform.
  • Intraday positions typically appear within a few minutes of execution.
  • End-of-day settlement (for options assignments, transfers, etc.) can take until the following morning to reflect.
If positions are still missing after more than 24 hours have passed since the trade, contact [email protected] with your account email and the trade details.

Ivy Issues

If Ivy stops responding or you see a loading indicator that doesn’t resolve, try the following:
1

Refresh the page

Press F5 (Windows) or Cmd + R (Mac) to reload Podium Markets. This clears any stalled session state and re-establishes the connection to Ivy.
2

Check platform status

Visit our status page or check for any announcements in the platform’s notification banner. Occasionally, brief maintenance windows affect Ivy’s availability.
3

Try a simpler query

If Ivy responds to some questions but not others, the original query may have timed out due to complexity. Break your question into smaller parts and try again.
4

Clear your browser cache

A corrupted cache can interfere with real-time features. Clear your cache, close and reopen your browser, then try again.
Ivy is powered by AI and — like all AI systems — can occasionally produce inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information.
Ivy’s responses are for research and informational purposes only. Always verify important data independently using official sources (e.g., your brokerage, SEC filings, or exchange data) before making any trading or investment decisions.
If you believe Ivy provided information that is significantly wrong or misleading, we’d appreciate you reporting it so we can improve. Email [email protected] with:
  • The question you asked Ivy
  • The response Ivy gave
  • What you believe the correct information to be
Your feedback directly improves Ivy’s accuracy over time.

Charts & Scans

Blank or stuck charts are usually caused by browser caching issues or a conflicting extension.
1

Perform a hard refresh

Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to bypass the cache and force a full reload of the page.
2

Disable browser extensions

Ad blockers, privacy shields, and script blockers can interfere with charting libraries. Temporarily disable your extensions (or open an incognito window where extensions are off by default) and check if charts load.
3

Try a different browser

If the issue persists, open Podium Markets in a different browser (e.g., switch from Firefox to Chrome) to rule out a browser-specific conflict.
4

Check your internet connection

Charting data requires a stable connection. If you’re on a weak or restricted network (e.g., a corporate firewall), try switching to a different network or using a mobile hotspot.
An empty scan result doesn’t necessarily mean something is broken — it often means the filters are too narrow.
1

Check market hours

Some scans only return results during active market hours (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday). If you’re running a scan outside of those hours, real-time signals like unusual volume won’t populate. Try rerunning the scan when the market is open.
2

Ask Ivy to help

Describe what you’re looking for to Ivy in plain language. Ivy can help you find results.
If none of these steps resolve your issue, contact us at [email protected]. Include your account email, a description of the problem, and any relevant screenshots.
