Keeping your Podium Markets account secure protects your trading data, watchlists, and personal information. The security settings in your account give you direct control over your password, two-factor authentication, and the devices that currently have access to your account. Visit Settings → Security in app.podiummarkets.ai to review and update these settings at any time.

Changing your password

Open Security settings

Navigate to Profile → Security **→ Password **in the left-hand navigation of app.podiummarkets.ai.

Start the password change

Click Change Password to open the password update form.

Enter your current password

Type your existing password in the Current Password field to verify your identity.

Set your new password

Enter your new password in the New Password field, then re-enter it in Confirm New Password. Your password must be at least 12 characters and include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Save the change

Click Update Password. You will be prompted to log in again on all active sessions using your new credentials.

Suspicious activity

If you notice logins you do not recognize, charges you did not authorize, or any other behavior that suggests your account may be compromised, act quickly.
  1. Change your password immediately — Go to Profile → Security → Password and set a new, unique password you have not used elsewhere.
  2. Contact support — Email [email protected] with details of the suspicious activity so the team can investigate and assist you.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, immediately change your password and contact [email protected] — do not wait before taking action.
