Email Support

If you’ve checked the resources above and still need help, email us directly: [email protected] To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, include the details listed in the section below when you write in.

What to Include in Your Message

The more context you give us, the faster we can help. When you email support, include the following:
1

Your account email

Include the email address associated with your Podium Markets account so we can locate your profile immediately.
2

What you were trying to do

Describe the action or feature you were working with — for example, “I was trying to connect my TD Ameritrade account” or “I asked Ivy to run a scan and nothing appeared.”
3

What happened instead

Tell us what you saw: an error message (copy the exact text if possible), a blank screen, unexpected behavior, or anything else that didn’t work as expected.
4

Screenshots or a screen recording

Visual context speeds up diagnosis significantly. Attach a screenshot of the error or record a short clip showing the issue in action. Most operating systems have a built-in screenshot tool:
  • Windows — Win + Shift + S
  • Mac — Cmd + Shift + 4
If your issue involves a specific stock, scan, or Ivy conversation, include the ticker symbol or a copy of the Ivy exchange. The more specific you are, the less back-and-forth we’ll need.
