Open podiummarkets.ai in your browser. Click the Get Started or Sign Up button on the homepage to begin the registration flow.

Enter your first name, email, and create a password
Type in your first name, email address, and choose a strong password. Make sure to use an email address you have access to — you’ll need it for verification in the next step.

Verify your email address
Check your inbox for a verification email from Podium Markets. Click the confirmation link inside the email to activate your account. If you don’t see it within a couple of minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Log in at app.podiummarkets.ai/login
Once your email is verified, head to app.podiummarkets.ai/login. Enter your email and password to access the platform and meet Ivy for the first time.

Start chatting with Ivy
Select the “Ivy” button in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard or type in a prompt and press send.

Connect your first brokerage
To unlock the full power of Ivy — including live portfolio analysis and trade execution — connect a brokerage account right after logging in. See Connect a Brokerage for a step-by-step guide.

Complete your risk profile
Your risk profile helps us match you with trading strategies that fit your goals and comfort level. Answer a few quick questions about your investment experience, financial goals, and how you feel about market volatility. You can update your profile anytime as your circumstances change.
Logging back in
Once your account is set up, you can always return to the platform at app.podiummarkets.ai/login. Enter your email and password to pick up right where you left off.Forgot your password?
If you can’t remember your password, click Forgot password? on the login page. Enter your account email address and Podium Markets will send you a reset link. Click the link in the email, choose a new password, and log in as normal.Password reset emails come from the same Podium Markets address as your verification email. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact [email protected] for help.
