Podium Markets’ interactive charts give you a full technical analysis environment embedded directly inside the Ivy platform. View price history across multiple timeframes, layer on indicators, and switch between chart types — all without leaving the interface where your AI assistant and scan results already live.

Opening a chart

There are several ways to pull up a chart for any ticker:
  • Search bar — click the search icon at the top of the Quick Charts sidebar, type a ticker symbol, and select it from the dropdown. The chart opens in the main panel.
  • Scan results — click any ticker in a scan results table to open its chart directly, pre-loaded with the timeframe most relevant to that scan type.
  • Ivy chat — when Ivy mentions a ticker in a response, ask her to open its chart.
  • Watchlist — click any symbol in your watchlist or portfolio and select Charts to load its chart instantly.
Once a chart is open you can use the ticker search field at the top of the chart panel to switch symbols without navigating away.

Timeframes

Podium supports the following timeframes across intraday, daily, and weekly views:
Switch between timeframes using the toolbar above the chart. Your indicator and drawing tool configuration carries across timeframes so you don’t need to rebuild your workspace when zooming in or out.

Technical indicators

A full suite of commonly used technical indicators is available from the Indicators menu in the chart toolbar. Click Indicators, search by name or category, and click an indicator to add it to your chart. You can layer multiple indicators simultaneously and configure each one’s parameters independently. Available indicators include:

Moving Averages

Simple (SMA) and exponential (EMA) moving averages across any period you define. Commonly used periods (9, 20, 50, 200) are offered as quick-add presets.

RSI

Relative Strength Index with configurable period and overbought/oversold threshold lines. Useful alongside the Mean Reversion scan.

MACD

Moving Average Convergence Divergence with histogram, signal line, and zero-line crossover markers for momentum and trend confirmation.

Bollinger Bands

Price envelope based on standard deviation from a central moving average. Bands dynamically reflect volatility expansion and contraction.

Volume

Volume bars displayed below the price pane with optional volume moving average overlay to quickly spot above- or below-average activity.
To remove an indicator, hover over its label on the chart and click the × icon that appears. To edit its settings, click the gear icon next to the label.

Chart types

Switch between three chart rendering modes using the chart type selector in the toolbar:
When you spot a pattern on a chart that you’re not sure how to interpret, ask Ivy directly. Open the chat panel and describe what you see — for example, “What does a double top at resistance usually signal?” or “I’m seeing a bullish engulfing candle on the daily — what should I look for to confirm the move?” Ivy can explain the pattern, describe typical follow-through behavior, and highlight what to watch next.
